Seriously good eats and so simple
Throw all these ingredient in a deep sided sauce pan with the melted butter, bring it to a simmer, stirring constantly (very important!) until it starts thicken and then let cool.
I had no idea making caramel was so easy. We pulled ideas from several recipes and came up with this. Definitely a keeper and one I will be using again.
Makes around 4 cups of caramel dip/drizzle.
1 stick butter
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup honey
1 14oz can condensed milk
1/4c heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla
